Artwork Labeling

To help us match your e-mailed artwork to your order, indicate the following information with your artwork:

• Customer name
• Purchase order number (if applicable)
• Contact name and phone number (with extension)
• Format used
• PMS # (Pantone Matching System) color choice (if applicable)

NOTE: Failure to provide all necessary information will delay the processing of your order.

Acceptable File Formats

• Vector artwork is required (.eps, .ai). Vector graphics are composed of paths, while raster files are composed of pixels. Raster file artwork, more commonly called bitmap, is not recommended. NO placed or embedded images. If importing art into Illustrator, you must convert all to vector paths/curves.
• Resolution should be high res, 300 - 600 dpi. (Check for specifics relative to your product selection)
• Exact registration between colors cannot be guaranteed. LogoPrinters will notify you if we see any issues or problems with your submitted multi-color art file.
• Artwork should be saved as Illustrator V.10 or older.
• PC format vector artwork is required.
• If emailing artwork from a MAC, you MUST first create a zip file prior to attaching to an email to us. MAC default compression "MIME" files are not accepted.

NOTE: Artwork received in a format other than vector may result in additional art charges, production delays, and void on-time rush delivery guarantees.
